Christmas edition of Days of babies, kids and expectant mothers
Zagreb, November 2013 – From November 22 to November 24 Westgate once more gathered numerous parents and their children on, once again, a successful edition of Days of babies, kids and expectant mothers fair. This is the largest specialized fair of that kind in this part of Europe – in Westgate, over 70 exhibitors and over 20 program participants presented their products and services. The fair is visited by the average of 85,000 visitors, which makes it one of the most visited fairs in Croatia.
Westgate celebrated four years of great shopping
Zagreb, November 2013 – Westgate Shopping City organized a large celebration on the occasion of four years of successful business. From Friday the 8th to Sunday the 10th visitors reveled in ultimate experience in every corner of the Center: concerts, a large prize game with VW Passat as the main prize, Late Night Shopping, fashion show… The visitors also enjoyed our unique Beauty Street event, while our youngest visitors reveled in the Fun zone, a place of great fun for kids. The big birthday celebration passed in a positive atmosphere as we also started with our large humanitarian action "Lucky fortune cookie" for children with cardiac problems.
Lucky fortune cookie and Lucky Easter egg
Zagreb, April 2013 – Having corporate social responsibility as an integral part of its business, Westgate Shopping City organized two large humanitarian actions within the period of four months – Lucky fortune cookie and Lucky Easter egg. Within "Lucky fortune cookie" action, held from November 9 to December 23, visitors bought Westgate's fortune cookies for a symbolic amount of 3 kuna which was, when collected, donated to Children's Hospital Srebrnjak, taking care of children suffering from respiratory diseases. Supported also by many celebrities, we collected the total of 51,000 kuna which will be invested in further development of the Hospital.
Spring image campaign
Zagreb, April 2013 – Westgate Shopping City presented its new spring image campaign led by well-known art director Viktor Drago. The campaign's new face is a young Croatian model Alma Cerić who embodied a trendy neighborhood girl, wearing fresh spring models from spring/summer 2013 collections in Westgate. The new spring collection comprises a vast selection of fashion trends and models for every occasion. In center's spring collections customers can find various items – from casual clothes to business items of international brands, enabling them to find ideal styling for every occasion.
Lacoste and bio&bio stores in Westgate
Zagreb, March 2013 – After several years of absence from the Croatian market, a renowned French brand Lacoste has opened stores in Croatia on four locations – one of them in Westgate Shopping City. In Lacoste's store in Westgate, all Lacoste fans will have the opportunity to purchase new spring/summer 2013 collection inspired by Lacoste's achievements from the 80's, bringing back asymmetric colors and strong contrasts on recognizable polo-shirts, as well as a special Limited Edition 80' Custom Polo Kits.
White Saturday – a unique wedding dress sale
Zagreb, February 2013 – Following the model of American and European cities which have a long tradition of great wedding dress sales, Westgate Shopping City and concept store Wedding City organized a "White Saturday" event – a unique sale of wedding dresses and evening dresses, held on February 16 and 17. Even though anticipated as a one-day sale, due to high interest the sale was prolonged, on two days. During "White Saturday", brides, bridesmaids and mothers could buy gowns of internationally renowned brands like Pronovias, Sherri Hill, Vera Wang, Tassini, La Sposa with 60-90% discounts.
Westgate – three years of successful shopping
During three years of business operations Westgate Shopping City has successfully positioned itself as one of the favorite shopping centers in Croatia. Providing a large and diverse offer to buyers, Westgate is continuously attracting a large number of satisfied visitors, in spite of difficult economic circumstances.

Located west of the City of Zagreb, WESTGATE Shopping City is the largest Croatian mall, occupying 226,000 gross square meters and with 100,000 m2 of retail space.
